Channing understands that dealing with any legal matter is often the most difficult, confusing, and even frightening event in a person’s life. She knows that each legal dilemma is unique and will require a tailored strategy and thorough and diligent execution. Channing’s goal is to ensure each client has the best information available to them so they fully understand their options, to prepare them for what they can expect throughout their particular case, and guide them through to the end with as little stress as possible. Her client’s benefit from her ability to provide practical, realistic solutions outside the courtroom while being a tough and tenacious advocator in the courtroom. Channing is a zealous yet compassionate advocator from the initial consultation to the final resolution. Her client ratings speak to the level of representation she provides to each client.
Channing’s practice focuses primarily on domestic relations law including divorce, child custody, modification of parenting plans, dependency and neglect actions and adoptions as well estate and probate matters, including wills, and personal injury. Channing has represented individuals in matters varying from an international child abduction and custody dispute and complex divorces to drafting simple wills and navigating the probate process.
